Hey, I’m Sierra!
Sometimes I’m funny. I’m usually reading. And I always have something to say.
The start of the story
I first started my blog in 2018 when I was barely twenty years old. I had no idea what I was doing (I still don’t) but I knew I wanted to create. And I wanted to feel connected to people in ways that felt inaccessible to me otherwise.
In the years since, I sometimes feel like I’ve lived 14 different lives but throughout each of them, those desires remained.

The longer I’ve had this blog and all the random creative endeavors my life, the more I understand about myself and the more I crave that connection into humanity that only creativity can offer.
As much as blogging and YouTube-ing are share first-chat later environments, my ultimate goal is to feel my connections with other people out there grow and evolve.
I hope to take my creative drive in a multitude of different directions. I am, perhaps to a fault, an endlessly multi-passionate and curious person. I firmly believe that setting myself on a single path (or going into a SINGLE blog niche, god forbid) is a recipe for disaster. At least for own sanity.
I want to write fiction. I want to go back to college and study sociology or philosophy or psychology and apply what I learn to everything I can. I want to start a bookstore. I want to make films that impact people.
There’s lots of things that hold my interest. Which means that there’s probably lots of different places you can find yourself here, if you also just want to connect with other members of this insane miracle called humanity.
My hope is that by becoming a part of this little community, you’ll feel safe to share your opinions honestly, you’ll find joy in stories you can see yourself in and you’ll recognize someone that’s growing and simply trying as much as you are.
