I’ve Launched My New Business: A Little Break Bookstore

Holy shit, I am SO excited to be sharing this:

My brand new business, A Little Break Bookstore, is officially here and ready for you!

I have been working super hard on A Little Break behind the scenes for the last 5-6 months, but it’s been a dream of mine for a number of years. ALBB is not just a bookstore, though.

I decided to build a bookstore that not only sells books, but also makes a difference. I wanted it to mean something, and to have an impact that was way bigger than myself. I didn’t want to just run a business (though that’s pretty sick, if you ask me.) I wanted to change the world for the better.

With every single purchase that comes through ALBB, we are donating 5% of the sale to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. This organization does incredible work in mental health advocacy, public policy change and suicide research. All of this work matters. All of it helps save lives.

And I am incredibly proud to say that a portion of our sales will go to the work that matters. This is not just for readers that want to stock their shelves. It’s for the people that want to feel like they are doing something in the world for positive change.
